• One Ipsen Turbo Treater vacuum furnace with 6 bar high pressure quench capability
• Two Ipsen full automatic atmosphere controlled furnaces
• Twenty various manufacturers tempering furnaces
• Two Lindberg Nitriding furnaces
• One CM hydrogen annealing furnace
• One All Trend vacuum furnace
• Two Induction Heat Treating units
• Two Cryogenic deep freeze chambers
• One automated cryogenic/temper chamber
• One 1650 degree F Max Salt furnace with Marquench capability

All furnaces are microprocessor controlled and surveyed for uniformity on schedule with the applicable specification, record keeping meeting the requirements of AMS-H-6875, AMS 2750, AMS 2759 and many other aerospace specifications.
